How do I care for my saks potts item? Caret

All our items must be handled with the utmost care. Please visit each item and select 'Care Guide' for detailed care instructions.

How do I return my order? Caret

You can return your order within 14 days of arrival. If you are located in Denmark, you can return your order using the GLS return label provided with your order. If you are located outside Denmark, we do not provide a return label. Please note that a fee of €6 will be deducted from your total refund for the use of the return label. A return processing fee of €8 will also be applied to all returns.

Please return your items in new, unused condition, with all Saks Potts tags attached. Your order must be returned directly to the following address. We do not accept returns to a parcel shop or returns sent with DAO. When returning your order, please also include the packing note received with your order.

We recommend keeping a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent, as you are responsible for the package until it arrives directly at our warehouse.

WHICH SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? Caret

We ship with the following three carriers, depending on your location: GLS (Denmark), UPS (Europe), and DHL (International).

All orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery after your package has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

All orders within Europe are shipped with UPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once the package has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

UPS typically operates between 9 am and 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, such as your work address.

If you place an order outside of Europe, we ship with DHL. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after the package has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Will I have to pay the return costs? Caret

You are responsible for the return costs and any other expenses.

A return processing fee of €8 will be applied to all returns.

If your parcel is returned with GLS, please note that €6 will be deducted from your total refund for the use of the return label.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Caret

If you place your order before 11 AM CET on business days, we will do our best to ship your order on the same day. Please note that national holidays may affect this timeline.

Can I exchange a product? Caret

You can exchange all products within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the incorrect size or style to the address below. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Caret

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed. However, you are welcome to return it once received and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Have you received my return? Caret

Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, we will refund your order and confirm this via email. Please note that it can take up to 10 days from the day our warehouse receives your return to process it.

A return processing fee of €8 will be applied to all returns.

Will I be charged sales taxes? Caret

For international orders outside of the European Union, customs duties may be charged depending on the country of residence. The carrier will contact you if there are any extra charges or customs clearance requirements, which might delay the delivery.

Saks Potts is not responsible for the payment of these duties. By law, we cannot change the order value on commercial invoices, as we must adhere to all international import/export laws.

If your order is placed within the European Union, Danish sales taxes and VAT are included in the price, and no additional duties will be added upon arrival in the destination country, in accordance with customs policies for sales within Europe. However, if your order is placed outside of Europe, you will not have to pay Danish sales taxes and VAT, but you will be responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties in the destination country. This also applies to orders placed for delivery to Norway. Saks Potts is not responsible for these charges or any fees imposed by customs.

When will I be refunded? Caret

A return processing fee of €8 will be applied to all returns.

As soon as we have received your return, the item(s) will undergo a quality control check at our warehouse. Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. This process can take up to 10 days from the date our warehouse receives the return.

Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account after the refund has been processed.

Do you offer a warranty? Caret

All goods are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, giving you 24 months to report any issues with an item. As a customer, you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, your right to complain will be forfeited.

In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact us at hello@sakspotts.com. If the complaint is valid, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return that covers all return expenses.

I have received a defective, incomplete or wrong order, what do I do? Caret

If you have received a defective, incomplete, or incorrect order, please contact our customer service at hello@sakspotts.com within 72 hours of delivery. Remember to include pictures of the defect, incomplete, or incorrect order, as well as your order number for reference. We are here to help Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CET.

Can I Exchange An Item Bought Online In the SP store? Caret

Unfortunately, no. All items purchased on sakspotts.com must be returned directly to our warehouse and cannot be returned to the SP store.

Items bought online must be returned to the following address. We do not accept returns to a parcel shop or returns shipped with DAO.
